Located in Katsushika, Japan, the Kitaboshi Pencil Company was founded by the Sugitani family after it absorbed the assets of its bankrupted lumber customer the Tsukiboshi Pencil Company. Since then, Kitaboshi has been developing and manufacturing high-quality, unique Japanese pencils using two different perspectives: “one of an ant, to be able to look at small details like materials closely, and the other of a bird, to be able to see the whole picture.”
When current President Mr. Sugitani’s grandfather started the Kitaboshi Pencil Company, he said, “A pencil sacrifices itself to serve people. Adult Pencils Are you using a recent pencil?
Production volume of Japanese pencil declined year by year, it became one-third of 40 years ago. I want you to enter the era of not writing letters and write letters with my own more ... From such a thought, I thought about "pencils of adults" by pencil shop and used 2 mm core of high-quality domestically produced wooden pencils which feel the same warmth as pencil which I decided to sell.
Please write down the letters and write it down and reaffirm the pleasure of writing. Hokusai pencil has family learning - the pencil does not think about the profits but will think honourably for the people by sacrificing ourselves, so that we can continue as a family business.
