A functional mechanical pencil with a double knock mechanism which means that a push to the top results in the lead mechanism extending from the barrel, with further pushes extending the lead as usual, but, pushing the side button retracts the mechanism entirely...so no more messy pockets!
The hexagonal barrel at the top and becomes circular at the bottom so it’s comfortable to hold.
It’s aluminium, so has a strong metal feel but is still light, giving it a good feel.
The clicking mechanism is really smooth, ditto for the release mechanism- the silver dot on the side.
When the button is pressed, the tip is completely retracted, which is a nice touch as it means it’s less likely to break.
It has a sleek aluminium body which turns from hexagonal at the top to cylindrical at the nib, silver coloured fittings: nib, push buttons and clip, and has a replaceable eraser. It takes a standard 0.5mm lead and measures 140mm long.
