Tombow Olno Swift Body Knock Mechanical Pencil - 0.5 mm - Jet Black
Tombow's Olno Swift mechanical pencil pulls off a neat trick. A clue is in the name "Olno," which is derived from "oruno," the Japanese word for "bend."
Lead is advanced by bending the body, due to the pencil's unique "body knock" mechanism. While in writing position, simply move your thumb up to the three grooves on the rubber grip and press firmly to bend the pencil.
With this innovative mechanism, you do not need to completely shift your hand position to extend more lead while writing. The pencil also includes the conventional mechanism, allowing you to advance lead by clicking the pencil top.
The rubber grip covers the whole bottom part of the pencil, so that writing and body knock clicking are comfortable.
The glossy metallic upper part and metal clip give the pencil its composed style. The top has a refillable capped eraser, and the tip has a 4 mm guide pipe, which is ideal for drafting and provides stability. Lead is inserted by unscrewing the body just above the rubber grip.
